Using the Daily Diet Score is easy. . .here's how:
- Print a copy of 15 self-questions and the Daily Diet Score grading scale, as shown on the Score page.
- Add up your Score every night, just before bedtime.
- Keep a record of your weights and Daily Diet Score.
- If your Score is too low on the Daily Diet Score grading scale, then adjust your behavior the next day to get a better Score!
The Daily Diet Score will tell you exactly what to do in order to improve your results.
The weight will come off. This is no gimmick.
